Don and I still live in Zumbrota, MN. While downsizing enters our minds every now and then, we still live at 365 East 13th Street if you get the urge to stop by. I taught high school English in Goodhue for thirteen years. After that Don and I owned a women's clothing store for 29 years. We retired about three years ago and are thoroughly enjoying doing.....well, honestly, some days we're not sure what we do but we're having fun.
We totally enjoy our seven grandkids and do daycare a couple days a week. Today I'm sporting a cut under my eye from a very competitive baseball game with grandsons. I'm hoping this keeps me young or at least still moving.
We've become some of those old people who go to Arizona for the winter. Two years ago we bought a small place in a suburb of Phoenix. I never thought I'd like it as much as I do. We enjoy mountain hiking several days a week and have met some wonderful folks from all over the U.S. It's a new chapter in our lives that I wasn't expecting. We're extremely grateful for good health and hope that you and your families share in that blessing.
