Nancy (Clapp) Napier
Hello to all of you from Nancy (Clapp) Napier.
The Wanamingo school system was my educational home until my senior year. Although my graduation took place two years later in the school system then known as Kasson-Mantorville, I still carry a very vivid memory of all of you. In my mind we will all look exactly the same as we did not only 15 years ago, but even 45 years ago, with the exception of a few gray hairs (and maybe even less hair). I can't wait to see all of you again. Our class was famous (or was it infamous) for the largest class of record in those days. Wonder if that record held?
My husband, Steve, and I reside in Davenport, IA and have 3 grown children and 5 grandchildren. We are proud of them and their accomplishments. Prior to moving to Iowa, I worked at Mayo Clinic in the RH lab and later at JC Penney, Apache Mall selling fine jewelry. I have been employed in banking since 1979. Steve has been employed in the printing industry since the early 70's. For a short period of time, Steve & I lived in Las Vegas, NV. Family matters brought us back home to IA where we have lived for the past 20 years. Both of us are holding off on retirement for as long as possible. We are healthy and happy to be working...waiting for that Power Ball Lottery ticket to be a winner! Anyone else there with us?
Several of our classmates have already passed away . It saddens me. Let us all be thankful for the opportunity to continue enjoying all that life has to offer. Hope to see all of you again...maybe at our 50th!
